鸡鸣山公园位于义乌市东南角，面积166830㎡。用地东侧为杭大义乌分校，校区内一水库毗邻公园，西侧隔路为城东中学和义乌二中以及城东小学。

Jiming Hill Park is located in the southeast corner of Yiwu, covering an area of 166,830 m². The east side of the site is the Yiwu Campus of Hangzhou University, a reservoir in the school area near the park, and the west side is separated by Chengdong Middle School and No.2 Yiwu High School, as well as the Chengdong Primary School.

公园建设用地中，山地约占2/3，平地约1/3，山地基本以针叶林为主，平地以农田为主。

In the park construction land, the mountain area accounts for about 2/3, the flat land is about 1/3, the mountain area is mainly coniferous forest, and the flat land is mainly farmland.

规划充分利用原有地形、地貌及周围景观，体现义乌的地方特色，采用简洁、现代的设计手法，创造出大众休闲及文化生活的场所，绿化、美化城市景观，改善城市生态环境，突出城市窗口风貌。

The plan makes full use of the original topography, geomorphology and the surrounding landscape, reflects the local characteristics of Yiwu, adopts a simple and modern design method, creates places for public leisure and cultural life. The design beautify the urban landscape and improves the urban ecological environment, and highlights the style and appearance of the townscape.
