青塔居住区是北京市一处大型的居住社区，位于北京市丰台区郑常庄，在西四环和西五环之间。二期用地东临西四环中路，西侧为永定路南延，交通方便，周边配套服务设施健全。

Qingta Neighborhood is a large residential area in Beijing Fengtai District. Qingta II lies between the West 4th Ring and South Yongding Road.

2006年，多义景观应邀参加了青塔二期景观设计竞赛，并获得了第一名。在充分考虑到社区中所有建筑的布局、空间和结构的前提下，通过仔细研究居民的日常需求和行为模式，该方案创造了方便舒适的室外生活场所。设计围绕休息、运动、观赏、交流等功能展开，以人性化的尺度，精良的细部，周到的设施，创造属于全体居住区居民的舒适温馨、具有家庭亲切感的室外生活场所。

In 2006, Atelier DYJG was invited to participate in Qingta II landscape design competition, and finally, we won the first place. Based on the fully analyses to the general layout, space structure, buildings and residents’ daily behavior patterns, we propose toa convenient, comfortable and intimate outdoor space with fine details and considerate facilities for residents’ rest, exercises and social gathering.

设计充分利用停车场建筑的屋顶平台，通过增加绿化及景观设施，构建二层的平台花园及贯穿整个居住区的高架步行系统，将流动和静止的人群分离的同时，创造出立体的空间系统及丰富的景观层次。

In our design, the garage roof will be transformed and utilized as a rooftop garden, in which a pedestrian system runs across the whole neighborhood. This creates a multilevel spatial system and rich landscape types.

社区中心的带状花园是一个由喷泉、水面、溪流、亲水平台、眺望台、景观桥组成的一个连续的休闲景观走廊，也是一条由各种植物构成的自然生态轴，是整个社区的一个生态的、可持续发展的景观。

A strip garden, which lies in the center of neighborhood and consists of fountains, pools, water platforms, viewing decks and landscape bridges, is not only a continuous leisure corridor, but also a natural axis full of all kinds of plants, presenting an ecological and sustainable characteristic.

设计强调中心花园和宅间绿地的有机渗透，通过地面的步道和空中的栈道将中央景观与组团绿地联系起来，使每一个组团的居民都能够方便地到达带状公园，每一栋房子都能享受良好的景观，实现景观的均好性。

By pathways and high bridges, the center strip garden is organically connected with other small green spaces located between buildings, making residents easily enter the strip garden and make each building embracing a good view.
