“北塘河畔”位于滨江区中部,是杭州水网绿色开放空间的重要组成部分,是贯穿滨江区东西方向的最重要的连续带状空间。
Beitang Riverside is located in the middle of Binjiang District. It is a vital part of the green open space of Hangzhou water network, and the most important continuous band space running through the east-west direction of Binjiang District. A continuous green ecological corridor is constructed and connected with the surrounding green network, which makes the Beitang River become the link between the city and nature.
设计将5公里长的河岸地带划分为自然生态、公共活力和文化休闲3个不同特征的滨水段,成为滨江区开放空间系统的重要部分。设计构建了一条连续的绿色生态通廊,并与周边区域绿网衔接,使北塘河成为城市与自然相融合的纽带。根据北塘河周边不同功能区域及市民活动需求,结合现状用地条件设计了一系列富有特色的滨水开放空间,为城市提供一个满足生活、工作、商业、休闲、旅游等综合功能的场所。塑造多条南北向开放空间轴线,将城市各功能区块向河道延伸,实现城市与河流的有机融合。加强周边城市用地与水岸的可通达行,沿河岸形成两条相对独立、连贯的自行车和步行道路系统,合理规划服务设施,并新建多座步行桥以增强两岸联系,形成完善的滨河慢行系统,并与周边区域绿道相衔接。
The 5 km long riparian zone is divided into three waterfront sections with different characteristics: natural ecology, public vitality and cultural leisure, which has become an important part of the open space system in Binjiang District. According to the different functional areas around the Beitang River and the activity needs of citizens, a series of waterfront open spaces with characteristics are designed according to the present land use, which provides a place for the city to meet functions of life, work, commerce, leisure, tourism. It shapes many north-south open space axes, extends functional blocks of the city to the river, and realizes the organic integration of the city and river. To strengthen the accessibility of the surrounding urban land and waterfront, to form two relatively independent and coherent bicycles and walking road systems along the river banks, to rationally plan service facilities, and to build a number of walkings bridges to enhance connection between two sides of the river, to form a perfect riverside slow moving system, and to link up with the surrounding green ways.
“北塘河畔”滨水景观设计将城市绿色基础设施、区域自然生态系统、城市商业活动、旅游休闲观光、历史文化体验等有机地结合起来,将北塘河及其水岸地带塑造成一条连贯的、融入市民生活的城市绿色休闲廊道。
The waterfront landscape design of Beitang Riverside combines urban green infrastructure, regional natural ecosystem, urban commercial activities, tourism, leisure and sightseeing, historical and cultural experience, and shapes Beitang River and its waterfront into a coherent urban green leisure corridor integrated into the life of citizens.
