东北大学新校区位于沈阳市浑南新区国家大学科技城内，总规划范围89.22万平方米，景观设计范围47.84万平方米。

The new campus of Northeast University is located in the National University Science and Technology City of Hunnan New District, Shenyang City. The total planning scope is 892200 square meters and the landscape design scope is 478400 square meters.

设计将原规划中较为分散的校园绿地进行整合，建立完善连续的校园绿色网络；通过梳理校园步行路径和自行车路线，将不同功能区块有机联系起来，创造步行优先的人性化校园；将校园公共空间作为大学文化活动的场所，满足师生学习和生活的需求，创造宜人的空间尺度；优化建筑外部空间，创造与建筑和谐统一、功能完善的建筑外部景观；体现校园文化，将东北学校的历史文脉延续至新校区；并建设绿色生态校园。设计力求创造简洁质朴、功能多样、生态绿色，融自然环境和人文内涵于一体的现代化大学校园景观。

The design integrates the scattered campus green space in the original plan and establish a continuous campus green network, by combing the walking path and bicycle route of campus, the different functional blocks are organically linked to create a humanized campus with walking priority; Take campus public space as the place for university cultural activities, meet the needs of teachers and students to study and live, and create a spatial scale which fits the people well; Optimize the exterior space of the building and create landscape with perfect functions and harmony with the building; Embody the campus culture and extend the historical context of of the university to the new campus, and construct a eco-friendly campus. The design aims to create a modern university campus landscape which is concise, multifunctional, ecological, and integrates natural environment and humanistic simultaneously.
